Tasks

-Blade haul roads and contribute to general site work with a focus on quality and safety. -Operate top-tier equipment like Caterpillar 140H and John Deere 672GP to perform grading, excavation, embankment shaping, and finish work to tight specifications. -Lay asphalt, base, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency. -Work with state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology.

What You Bring

-Solid understanding of construction practices and site operations. -Strong background in heavy civil construction is highly preferred. -Travel to diverse job sites and adapt to changing locations and schedules. -Outstanding communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to service, oil, grease, and make equipment adjustments. -2+ years of hands-on experience with Trimble GPS. -Comfortable working with various measurements (metric, feet, hundredths). -Familiarity with proper worksite signals and safety protocols. -4+ years of Motor Grader / finish blade experience. -Excellent housekeeping and attention to detail.
