Tasks
-Support the development of preliminary project plans and quoting -Collaborate with various project groups to identify and deliver specific project requirements -Attend project update meetings and track minutes for distribution -Complete pre-job checklists and support the Project Coordinator / Manager with project pre-mobilization activities -Supporting the Project Coordinator / Manager with daily reports, material requisition, progress tracking, and time entry -Assist with the preparation of weekly productivity reports
