CAD Officer

Overview

Create and maintain detailed MEP AutoCAD drawings for Skanska building services projects.

Tasks

-Collaborate closely with project teams to capture technical changes and update drawings accordingly. -Log and update work records to meet KPI requirements. -Maintain and audit technical libraries, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. -Conduct site surveys and measurements to support drawing accuracy. -Ensure all drawings adhere to Skanska CAD standards and QA procedures. -Interpret service drawings and written/verbal instructions to deliver high-quality CAD outputs. -Produce accurate and detailed MEP and layout drawings to support change and handback initiatives across projects.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. -Strong time management skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. -Willingness to learn across different building services disciplines. -Proven experience in a CAD/drawing office using AutoCAD. -City & Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in 2D Computer-Aided Design (or equivalent). -Ability to travel occasionally to other UK project locations.
