What You Bring

-Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces) -Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule -Strong knowledge of cleaning methods for fire, water, and mold restoration -Additional certifications considered an asset: Commercial Carpet Cleaning (CCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation (RRT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning (UFT), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) -Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, emergency services, or a related field -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using mobile devices and apps -Certifications required: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT) -Ability to guide and support Contents Technician I team members -Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and teamwork skills -Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract -Experience operating Ozone and Hydroxyl machines or similar restoration equipment
