Tasks
Drive winning bids and strategic pursuits as our next Senior Bids Coordinator. We’re looking for a Senior Bid & Marketing Coordinator, who’ll be responsible for producing high-quality bid submissions and content to clients. -Assisting the marketing team with business newsletters, LinkedIn content and company intranet updates. -Developing and maintaining general marketing material to support bids and client enquiries – this includes capability statements, case studies, staff CVs and our photo reference library. -Coordinating and tracking tender opportunities, as well as completed panel submissions – distributing them to the leadership team, ensuring RPI’s tender portal profiles are up to date. -Developing supporting visuals/graphics for bids and content, including diagrams, org. charts and promotional collateral. -Preparing tenders and bids; including identifying response requirements, coordinating input from relevant disciplines, and assisting with the production of the non-technical sections of proposals (for example, tailoring CVs and sourcing relevant project examples). -Creating and formatting proposals and tender documentation using Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and InDesign.

What You Bring
Each bid has a deadline and specific requirements, so your ability to proactively coordinate different requirements will be crucial. To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience working in a professional services organisation. This could be in a marketing, administration, communications, bids or a related capacity. -Proficiency with Adobe suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat would be beneficial (but is not essential). -Extensive Experience in MS Office (especially MS Word and PowerPoint), with strong formatting skills. -Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills. -Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, using your ability to work with leaders across the Australian business. -A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on brand standards and quality control. -A tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Administration, Arts, Commerce, Business, Communications, PR or related field. -The ability to write, proofread and edit content with a professional tone, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency are maintained. -Strong design and documentation skills with the ability to create branded content for internal and external use.
