Tasks

-May require evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines. -General Oversight (Direct and oversee work to ensure safe performance, quality, and adherence to project scope and timelines.) -Inspection Assistance (Assist with inspections conducted by sub code officials.) -Schedule Management (Collaborate with senior project staff to review, revise, and update construction schedules.) -Quality Control (Ensure compliance with quality standards, including framing, roofing, and finishes.) -Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. -Work in conditions that may involve discomfort due to temperature, dust, and noise. -Meeting Participation (Attend daily and weekly project team meetings.) -RFI Management (Create, send, track, and monitor requests for information.) -Subcontractor Oversight (Monitor and supervise subcontractor performance, productivity, and adherence to schedules.) -Risk Mitigation (Identify root causes of job site issues and develop preventative solutions.) -Onsite Activity Logging (Maintain daily records for subcontractor sign-ins and ProCore daily logs.) -Safety Compliance (Enforce safe work practices in line with municipal, state, and federal regulations, and company safety requirements.)

What You Bring

-State or local required licenses and certifications. -Manual dexterity for operating office equipment and writing reports. -High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. -Visual and hearing ability for emergency detection and assessment. -Skilled in computer applications (Unifier/I-BEAM, ProCore, Blue Beam) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel). -Exposure to potentially hazardous conditions requiring personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and more. -Ability to stay composed under pressure and multitask effectively. -Preferred: Construction Supervisor License. -Frequent ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs/ladders. -Ability to climb and access high locations (e.g., rooftops, balconies) for inspections. -Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. -Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance (where applicable). -Proficient in English with effective verbal and written communication skills. -Strong leadership abilities with skills in planning, prioritizing, organizing, collaboration, and workload management. -Vocational or technical school courses in construction preferred. -Familiar with construction plan documentation and building codes. -Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects, with moderate knowledge of all construction disciplines and phases. -OSHA 30-hour certification.
