Overview
Lead global adoption, validation & support of H2O2 bio‑decontamination for pharma/healthcare.

Tasks
You’ll play a key role in advancing customer understanding, leading validation projects, and driving continuous improvement across technical and commercial functions. -Develop deep product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers. -Deliver technical support and training to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and engineering clients. -Lead customer adoption projects and rollout programs for this technology. -Apply microbiological understanding to support product validation and development. -Travel globally to support customer engagements and technical implementations. -Guide clients through hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination validation strategies. -Write clear, data-driven reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. -Contribute to new business initiatives and assess impact on Quality Management Systems

What You Bring
Product Specialist – Scientific Validation VHP Travel: Frequent global travel required -Commercially aware and capable of managing upwards to keep senior stakeholders informed. -Microbiological and validation expertise is highly advantageous. -Gained minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an aseptic/ sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, in either a microbiology, engineering, or validation capacity -Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems. -Experience leading teams and working directly with customers and suppliers -Due to the nature of this role, all applicants must be flexible and able to travel globally at potentially short notice if required -Educated to Degree in a pharmaceutical or scientific discipline preferred -Resilient, optimistic, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
