Tasks

-Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform long-term strategic planning. -Portfolio Strategy: Aligns portfolio vision with enterprise goals, ensuring investments deliver meaningful value. -Oversee the BV project Demand & Supply lifecycle process, contributing to Demand quality control, influencing project management activities, and promoting an integrated approach to portfolio management for successful execution of investments. -Represent the PMO at executive meetings and presentations, effectively conveying portfolio status, challenges, and opportunities. -Advance project prioritization governance by deepening understanding of project value via collaboration with D&IT Business Relationship Leaders (BRLs), facilitating priority-setting sessions, and supporting alignment of project selection with company strategy. -Maintain transparency by defining and communicating portfolio performance metrics and KPIs to senior leadership, ensuring accountability and actionable insights for data-driven decisions. -Contribute to the standards used in project execution; define rituals, methods, & tools. -Value Realization: Measures and communicates portfolio impact, linking execution to strategic objectives. -Promote consistency and excellence in workflow execution across varying methodologies and frameworks within the portfolio. -Champion innovation and drive a forward-looking culture throughout the organization. -Strategic Communication: Tailors messaging to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment. -Make informed tradeoff decisions in the best interest of the portfolio, relying on comprehensive analysis and facilitating data-driven discussions with executives. -Technical Fluency: Partners effectively with technical teams to ensure systems are built to spec and deliver intended outcomes. -Collaborate with Project Managers, Sponsors, and Stakeholders to assess and manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies, and design appropriate resolution and mitigation strategies. -Lead continuous improvement efforts within the PMO to elevate portfolio management practices and augment organizational value. -Build and sustain direct relationships with D&IT senior leadership, gaining insight into their visions and objectives, while leveraging the virtual account team model to foster similar engagement with business functions beyond D&IT. -Support the development of functional roadmaps alongside senior leadership, identifying logical structures for project and program breakdowns, workstreams, and timelines. -Mentor and coach Project Managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in PMO best practices and professional growth.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. -Innovative Mindset: Inspires creativity and progress through clear vision, structured roadmaps, and entrepreneurial energy. -A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. -Organizational Savvy: Navigates silos with tact and diplomacy, connecting ideas and people to drive enterprise-wide cohesion. -Visionary Leadership: Influences through integrity, consistency, and inclusive collaboration—bringing clarity to complexity and unity to diverse perspectives. -Business Insight: Understands core business processes and adapts to the cultural nuances of each function to build trust and relevance. -Analytical Rigor: Solves problems with precision, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous challenges. -15+ years in enterprise environments, preferably within technology, with 10+ years in progressively senior roles across project, program, or portfolio leadership. -Market Awareness: Understands BV’s markets and the drivers behind business unit initiatives, adding context to prioritization.
