Assist project controls with cost tracking, change management, EVM data and reporting.

Tasks

-Help with in-project support tasks, such as collecting data for forecast updates or tracking subconsultants. -Assist in documenting information related to change requests. -Assist in preparing basic reports on project financials. -Support the process of tracking project changes. -Provide support during the construction stage by assisting with data entry and monitoring. -Support the team by helping with data compilation and basic analysis. -Assist in collecting data required for Earned Value reporting. -Support the monitoring of performance parameters to help projects deliver commercially. -Assist in gathering data for bid stage support activities. -Assist with tracking project costs and financial performance data. -Learn to use established templates for change management. -Help populate standard templates for consistently monitoring EV. -Actively participate in learning opportunities provided by the team. -Help with data entry and maintaining accuracy in project financial records. -Learn and utilise standard templates and processes for commercial management. -Maintain accurate project controls documentation and records.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks effectively. -Familiarity with Excel is required. -2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Civil Engineering or related fields -A basic understanding of project controls principles is desirable. -Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. -A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
