The Role

Overview

Maintain cleanliness and grounds of CU apartment buildings.

Tasks

-Trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds, and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed. -Cleans and maintains building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance is a plus. -Heavy lifting may be required. -A High School Diploma and/or its equivalent is required.

Benefits

-Salary Range: $22.25 - $22.25/hour
