Tasks

Rather than battling against external consultants, here you’ll collaborate with the in-house experts, such as Design Managers, Project Managers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Validation Engineers, Commissioning Managers, Cost Consultants, and Construction Managers. Due to succession planning, I have an opportunity for an Electrical Associate to design a Design, Management and Construction Consultancy that specialises in critical projects.

What You Bring

Previous experience working for an engineering consultancy or a design and build contractor. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you’ll have full autonomy over the Electrical Team and enjoy working on complex projects with clients such as the Institute of Cancer Research, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Imperial College London, and the Medical Research Council. At least 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Building Services Engineer. Good communication skills and able to mentor a team of engineers. Track record in leading projects from concept to construction. Able to design, manage, lead, and deliver complex projects.
