EHS Lead

Overview

Lead EHS management for construction projects at a data centre operator.

Key Responsibilities

• safety audits
• risk management
• performance reporting
• kpi monitoring

Tasks

-Reviewing, and assessing, the EHS implications of changes as they occur during the project, through safety audits and day to day site safety reviews. -Assisting in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities (HRA) at each stage of the project; including liaising with project teams, and working with contractors in forward safety planning and co-ordination of works activities. -Developing, implementing, reporting, and communications structures on EHS management performance to enable accurate assessment and evaluation. -Monitoring the driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessment and evaluation across the construction project (these will vary depending on each project stage).
