-Assist in developing and testing machine learning models and forecasting tools for teams such as FP&A, treasury, accounting, and tax. -Help with the adoption of AI and analytics within finance teams, contributing to a culture of experimentation and innovation. -Collaborate with data scientists, finance professionals, and technology partners to solve real-world finance problems using data and analytics. -Contribute to shaping the future of finance operations at Bechtel. -Build new skills and gain practical experience in finance transformation and AI. -Present findings and insights to team members and stakeholders in clear, data-driven narratives. -Participate in model validation, documentation, and governance processes.

What You Bring

-Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling, and financial concepts and systems (e.g., general ledger, FP&A tools). -Relocation Authorized: Limited (e.g. Development Assignment) -Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. -Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. -Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, etc) -Exposure to modern big data platforms, AI tools, and financial systems.
