Tasks

-Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion -Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control -Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions -Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories -Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork -Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used -Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) -All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report. These are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. -Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills -Ability to lift and move heavy equipment -Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
