Tasks

-Establish and lead a legal innovation lab to explore new technologies and maximize the use of AI solutions on the Legal team -Manage budgets for technology projects, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement -Collaborate with external vendors and IT to assess and implement third-party AI and automation tools -Drive technology adoption through effective change management practices -Partner with GLOSS, legal teams, and IT to develop a portfolio of digital solutions aligned with enterprise priorities -Contribute to the Legal digital transformation roadmap, gathering and prioritizing global stakeholder needs -Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future enhancements -Provide thought leadership on legal technology trends, guiding teams in adopting innovative solutions -Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI solutions to streamline legal processes and deliver enterprise value, and support other GLOSS team members to embrace AI in legal technology solutions

What You Bring

-Proven leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments -7+ years of experience in selecting and managing legal technology solutions (e.g., eBilling, Matter Management, Contract Management, AI) -Bachelor’s degree required -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Strong understanding of AI technologies in the legal field -Agile product management experience, including backlog development and user adoption -Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively -Proficiency in ServiceNow, Agiloft, Tableau, Onit, iManage, and/or OneTrust is a plus -Experience with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solutions is a plus
