Tasks

-Operate Company's 14-passenger vehicle and SUV to transport residents on outings/personal and doctors' appointments. -Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents. -Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support roles at the community. -Learn the programs/activities industry and best practices in senior well-being and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together. -Help the Director set up, tear down for, and implement creative activities, outings and programs that enrich our resident’s lives.

What You Bring

-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. -Impeccable communication abilities – both written and oral. -Above-average skills in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook. -Must be able to safely drive 14-passenger non-CDL bus. -Resourcefulness – ability to work independently when needed AND as a member of collaborative team. -Outgoing personality! You have to enjoy – truly enjoy –interacting with people in all mediums (via e-mail, phone, and face-to-face). -Demonstrate superior customer service while developing rapport with residents, visitors and coworkers.
