Tasks
As a Commercial Sales Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of TEC in your region—building relationships, driving sales, and helping contractors and dealers succeed. You’ll manage accounts within a 70-mile radius, visiting weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on account size and potential. Your mission: Grow revenue and profitability by supporting existing customers and acquiring new business. -Assess sales performance according to KPIs -Prepare and submit reports to the sales manager -Present products and services to prospective customers -Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies -Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes -Discover sales opportunities through consumer research -Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods -Monitor competition within assigned region -Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships -Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

What You Bring
-Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus -Excellent communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field -Problem-solving aptitude -Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs -2 years of previous commercial sales experience preferred -Organizational and leadership ability -Local travel required 100 % of the time, overnight travel 2 to 5% -2 years industry experience
