Tasks

-Identifying opportunities to improve processes and embracing new tools as part of our digital transformation, helping us work smarter and deliver even better service -Managing order processing and documentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish -Collaborating across departments to resolve issues quickly and keep customers happy. -Supporting customers and commercial teams with timely, accurate responses to queries, orders, and requests -Maintaining data accuracy in systems and reports to support decision-making and compliance

What You Bring

-Attention to detail – especially when handling orders, data, and documentation -Team spirit – someone who enjoys working closely with sales, logistics, and finance to get things done -Solid Microsoft Office skills and motivation to learn using other systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, AI tools) -Experience from a customer-focused role, ideally in customer service or commercial support -Fluent English language skills -Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and friendly, with a customer-first mindset -Problem-solving ability – staying calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions
