The Role

Overview

Supports and configures Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint ERP, troubleshooting and training users.

Tasks

-Escalate critical and complex technical issues per internal escalation policies. -Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. -Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support related to ERP system functionalities. -Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner. -Provide assistance during ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. -Communicate effectively with end-users, translating technical information into user-friendly language. -Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, system configurations, and user guides. -Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of ERP data. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, human resources, and other relevant departments. -Investigate and analyze reported problems, identifying root causes and implement appropriate solutions. -Implement and test new features or modifications to existing modules. -Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. -Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement. -Assist in implementing enhancements, updates, and patches to the ERP System. -Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and implementations. -Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and system changes within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. -Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles. -Proven experience in ERP system support and administration in Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint. -Familiarity with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint hubs and functional processes. Including reporting and system configuration. -Knowledge of SQL and SSRS -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Can be substituted for relevant work experience. -Experience with ticketing systems for incident management. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
