HVAC Controls Electrician Installer

Overview

Install HVAC Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems in commercial, hospital, school, and industrial projects.

Tasks

-Assist with the development and improvement of related processes, procedures, and tools. -Execute installation of control wiring, conduit, control panels and proper project record documentation. -Reinforce safe work practices, and ensures all safety requirements are adhered to, in accordance with the safety program of the Company. -Ensures client expectations are met, and takes a lead role in developing client relationships. -Establishes and maintains open communication with clients, business partners, and other internal stakeholders, in order to keep all essential project activities running smoothly.

What You Bring

-This position may require travel within Central Florida. Company Van & Gas card are provided -Must be familiar with basic lighting control circuitry. -Must be able to install and make terminations inside panel boards, VFDs, DDC and similar equipment. -Must be familiar with materials, equipment and devices commonly used in commercial electrical installations. -Must be familiar with common wiring methods used on commercial electrical projects. -Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and basic OSHA rules. -High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience. -Work tasks include travel to local job sites, which means intermittent exposure to outside weather and conditions typically associated with a construction site. both visual acuity and manual dexterity. -Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial electrical work. -Capable of operating scissor lifts Possessing a journeyman license is a plus OSHA 10 is a plus -Must have good knowledge of NEC requirements for common installations in commercial projects. -Must be an excellent EMT conduit bender Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams.
