Tasks

-Develop strategic partnerships with global suppliers and contractors within the offshore renewables industry. -To develop and lead the strategic procurement function across the OEG Topside Division. -Establish procurement policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency. -Oversee the negotiation and execution of complex contracts and strategic supplier agreements. -Build and maintain a resilient supply chain that supports the company’s growth and sustainability objectives. -Define and implement the overall procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and project requirements to drive procurement transformation. -Ensure robust risk management, effective cost control, and thorough performance monitoring across all procurement activities.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success in managing procurement programmes and overseeing extensive supplier networks. -Minimum of 5 years’ procurement experience within the energy or infrastructure sectors. -Proven experience in managing procurement activities within the APAC region. -CIPS or an equivalent professional procurement certification. -Proven leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and deep industry knowledge to drive procurement excellence and deliver value creation. -Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial strategy, and risk management principles. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. -Experience in offshore wind farm development, marine logistics, or international procurement.
