Tasks

-Manage and update online home listings, including pricing, photos, and descriptions. -Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day sales activities. -Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented and lead data is clean, current, and actionable. -Create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, making a strong first impression. -Shadow the Sales Manager to learn the full sales process and understand the ‘Windward Way’.

What You Bring

-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Agile and highly adaptable mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs. -High School Diploma -Financial and administrative acumen -Existing knowledge and experience with Excel and Salesforce (highly desired) -Knowledge and/or experience within the Manufactured Housing industry (sales or operations or administrative) – highly desired -Analytical skills – ability to use data to anticipate challenges and assist with developing strategic action plans. -Relationship building and ability to build rapport with employees, customers and residents. -Strong tech/digital skills (navigating websites, spreadsheets, email, and other tools) -A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance. -Previous experience in Sales and/or Customer Service role (highly desired)
