What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager - Database Administration to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Open Source databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) and solid working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. This role involves performance tuning, high availability setup, backup and recovery strategies, and ensuring data security and integrity across platforms. Years of Experience: 8-10 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. -Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or SQL Profiler. -Experience with replication, clustering, and failover strategies. -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. -8–10 years of hands-on experience in database administration. -Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other open-source databases. -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above). -Experience with data modeling and schema design. -Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database-as-a-service offerings. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
