Tasks

-Continually develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Purchasing product and the needs of customers implementing a Procurement system -Enhances and improves collaboration among co-workers and with external partners; solicits ideas from diverse colleagues, leaves space in conversation for them; gives credit well and generously -Is an early adopter of new technologies, technical skills, and capabilities that improve performance; regularly experiments with and leverages technologies and tools to substantially improve performance -Use customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement -Work collaboratively across Customer Support, Content Team, Implementation, Account Management, Product, Pre-Sales and Business Development, building long-lasting and meaningful relationships. -Engage with stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical level to organise, develop, and execute growth plans for our customers.
