Tasks
Step into a pivotal role where precision meets strategy. As a Bids and Tenders Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our global bid operations—managing tender documentation, maintaining our bid content system, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your organisational skills directly contribute to business growth. -Maintaining and updating bid templates and trackers. -Collaborating with SMEs to refresh content. -Supporting the development of Q&A libraries (HSE, cybersecurity, etc.). -Distributing documentation and updates to stakeholders. -Managing the bid library: CVs, case studies, standard responses. -Preparing monthly management reports in PowerPoint. -Archiving bid materials per internal protocols. -Tracking and managing tenders using internal systems. -Monitoring bid mailboxes and portals for new opportunities. -Providing admin support to Business Development and Bid teams.
What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. -Team player with initiative and adaptability. -Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset. -Experience in administrative roles, ideally in bids or procurement. -Familiarity with CRM and bid management software (a plus!). -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -High attention to detail in formatting and proofreading. -Self-motivated and eager to learn. -Analytical thinker with a proactive approach.
