Tasks
-Monitor visitor access and ensure secure entry protocols -Support emergency response procedures and resident safety -Liaise with valet, Porters, engineering and management teams -Manage internal communications and update residents -Handle sensitive information with discretion -Coordinate access for service providers

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook. -Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and seek additional responsibilities as needed. -Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. -Proficient with management systems such as Building Link -Ability to read, understand, and apply the Association’s rules and regulations. -Ability to safely and efficiently move equipment. -Strong attention to cleanliness, with the ability to identify and address areas requiring improvement. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and complete a high volume of tasks within specified time frames. -High School diploma or equivalent. -Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills -Skilled in managing difficult or aggravated clients with patience, professionalism, and composure.
