Financial Analyst III - IR

Tasks

-Assist in creating, managing and maintaining investor relations materials, including IR presentations, press releases, earnings releases and presentations, annual report and proxy material and quarterly Board material. -Organize information and data to help best position the investor relations team in performing their day-to-day duties of analyzing the company and communicating information to the investment community. -Help build and manage a formal M&A strategy, including forming a strategy, constructing a formal process and working with internal leadership, investment bankers and consultants to help build a pipeline of opportunity to analyze and pursue. -Participate in calls and meetings with shareholders and prospective investors. -Research macroeconomics, the industry and internal operations to assist in performing both investor relations and corporate strategy duties.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information and financial insights to the investment community. -Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. -Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. -Work is performed in an climate controlled office setting and may require exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams within the organization. -Ability for occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites. -High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. -Ability to lift up to 25lbs. -Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time. -Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
