Tasks

-Install and repair support for Internet and fiber networks. -Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Troubleshooting and repair support for Internet, and Phone Service. -Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber networks. -Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually. -Deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality installations for fiber to the home in customer’s homes and businesses. -Occasional travel may be required.

What You Bring

-Strong oral and written communication skills. -Capacity to lift and work with materials weighing up to 50 lbs. -Must be comfortable working at heights with ladders or bucket truck (training will be provided). -Technically inclined and have a desire to learn. -Previous customer in home installation and repair experience of any services such as, cable, Satellite TV, phone, or internet. -Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction. -Highly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures. -Be highly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures. -Excellent Customer Service skills. -Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions. -Safety Conscious and able to adhere to a highly focused safety culture. -Comfortable working in varying heights and spaces.
