-Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit and business potential. -Monitor and report on the performance of E/OEM partnerships -Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements -Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs -Collaborate with internal teams such as LOB, offer, marketing, pricing, and operations to ensure smooth integration of E/OEM products and services -Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential E/OEM partners

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, customer-first, solution-minded individual for the Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager position. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs) to expand the reach and participation in key market segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players. -Experience in E/OEM Segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment, is a plus -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field -Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities -Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players -5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on E/OEM partnerships -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Bridge Front Office (bFO)/CRM software -Strong communication and negotiation skills

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
