-Puts safety first and pays attention to detail -Achieving daily production targets and driving performance -Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations -Loading and unloading products from plant and vehicles with care -Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the site evolve -Recording and reporting quality data to maintain high standards
