Tasks

-Prepare daily inspection reports and contribute to weekly and monthly project reports. -Witness the commissioning of major systems as described in the project specifications. -Coordinate electrical services with other disciplines. -Oversee contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings. -Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and approved drawings. -Review and provide feedback on technical submittals, including method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.

What You Bring

-Previous experience working on building projects in the UAE is essential. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. -Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes related to Electrical systems in buildings. -10 - 15 years in building projects / Site Operations within the UAE -Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively. -Must have Middle East, preferably UAE experience. -Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. -Proven experience of 10 - 15 years in Electrical Engineering (Site Operations) for building services, with a focus on Site Supervision. -Proficiency in relevant software’s
