The Role

Assist PM in planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Identifying and addressing project risks, issues, and challenges in collaboration with the Project Manager. -Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. -Conducting site visits to monitor progress, assess risks, and ensure adherence to project plans. -Supporting the management of contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships. -Assisting the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery. -Reviewing and tracking project deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations. -Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. -Supporting the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. -Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. -Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports for management and stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes. -14 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -MME certified. -Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks. -Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is a plus. -Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, utilities, and other civil works. -Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and permitting processes. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. -Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
