Tasks
-Coordinate conference rooms for daily, weekly, and recurring meetings in a timely manner -Attend weekly safety staff meetings- PPE may be required to attend these meetings -Provide administrative support for designated safety and office staff -Onboarding Coordination -Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites -Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes -Assist as directed with office lunches, focus group lunches, FLT and any other special or recurring events- including ordering and cleaning up

What You Bring
-Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position) -Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information -A working knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in a business or related field; and -Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Excellent written and oral communication skills -PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter) -Three years’ experience providing administrative support -Experience in the construction industry preferred -Companywide TBT (Toolbox Topic) signature tracking -DB02- data entry -Note taking and assistance with incident reviews -Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
