Tasks

-Optimize project delivery: Manage budgets, risks, contracts, and cash flow to achieve commercial, schedule, and scope objectives. -Work on one of Europe’s largest Data Centre developments -Foster collaboration and relationships: Promote knowledge sharing and maintain strong partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain. -Drive commercial performance: Lead and develop the team, oversee procurement, and ensure cost control, financial reporting, and compliance across all project stages.

What You Bring

Commercial Manager required to join one of Ireland’s largest main contractors in Portugal to work on a large Data Centre project. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will drive cost control, financial reporting, and commercial strategy while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. -Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. -Proven leadership and commercial management skills. -10+ years’ relevant experience in similar roles.
