Recording and maintain enquiry register on regular basis.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Preparing post order documentation and following applicable commercial processes prior to handover.
Review customer’s bid documents, technical specification and requirements, identifies the scope of supply/ service, prepares list of technical deviations and clarifications.
Close co-ordination and conduct necessary meetings with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, legal, etc.) as well other business units.
Ensure all pre-tender processes and proposals follow relevant Hitachi Energy Procedures and guidelines, rationalize terms and conditions
Creation of Sale order in SAP with associated activities, on receipt of order from Customer.
Getting backup data, quotations from internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, etc.
Maintaining all documentation in hard and soft formats appropriately.
Identifies potential risks in the bids/ estimates/ quotations/ solutions proposed.
Prepare Timely and comprehensive pre-bid documentation
Determine most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

Knowledge and experience in SAP
Must have experience and skill to prepare and support Bid Process.
Lost proposal analysis to obtain better future bidding
A bachelor’s degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in Transformer & Service tendering/ proposal preparation (technical & commercial).
Proficiency in technical tools such as MS-Office and Salesforce
Knowledge in transformers operation and maintenance and digital products is mandatory.
Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge and putting extra efforts in specific area to execute complex or specialized tenders/ challenges
Preferred knowledge in Product Services, preferably in Electrical equipment like Transformers
Ensures that more than 96% of their projects involve renewable energy integration, supporting the transition to cleaner power systems.
