Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Overview

Supervises AR team, ensures accurate billing, collections, cash application.

Tasks

-Assign workload and account goals across the AR team. -Prepare and provide financial and performance reports to management. -Lead, train, and support Accounts Receivable team members. -Identify and resolve account discrepancies. -Oversee accurate cash application and reporting. -Support the Finance Manager with data collection, analysis, and reporting. -Ensure billings and receivables are accurately processed in a timely manner. -Coordinate meetings with internal departments to resolve account or customer concerns. -Supervise daily AR operations and workflow.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and time management skills. -4–5 years of related accounting experience. -Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Experience with M3 or similar ERP systems. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Prior supervisory experience overseeing at least 2–3 employees. -Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. -Working knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
