Tasks

As a Quantity Surveyor on our clients’ mission-critical builds, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance, contractual integrity, and cost predictability throughout the lifecycle of each project. -Participate in commercial meetings and client reporting cycles -Support change management, variations, and commercial risk assessments -Manage pre- and post-contract activities including tendering, cost planning, and final accounts -Ensure accurate documentation, valuations, and payment applications are submitted on time -Monitor and report on project financial performance, cash flow, and cost/value reconciliations -Administer main and sub-contracts, ensuring adherence to NEC or JCT frameworks -Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Client Representatives

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills -Ireland work eligibility and flexibility to travel to site if required -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects -Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline -Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects – ideally within data centre, industrial, commercial, or healthcare environments -Excellent working knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT)
