Tasks
As a Project Operations Manager for Inspired Access Solutions, you will be manage the overall delivery of specialist access operations across various site locations, projects and teams. -Contribute to business development, tendering and pricing activities when required. -Maintain overview and intimate knowledge of all active projects and resource allocations by using planning and program tools. -Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and as per planned resource allocations. -Monitor site operations using site inspection and reporting processes. -Oversee, manage and provide support to wider operations team delivering industrial rope access, confined space, marine and suspended access projects. -Liaise with clients on project matters including safety, health, scope of works, new works and ongoing collaborative working and the promotion of Inspired Access. -Contribute to the ongoing selection and recruitment of quality, conscientious staff members -Co-operate with quality, safety and environmental objectives and contribute, where appropriate, to continual improvement initiatives -Lead, collaborate, manage and review site safety documentation -Creation of and distribution of operational reports for senior leaders as required. -Attend and lead operational meetings and plan-do-review sessions as and when required. -Ensure the prompt, accurate completion and return of company documentation.

What You Bring
-Experience in the delivery of specialist access -Good Interpersonal Skills -Full, clean, UK Driving License Client contact -First Aid certification Commercially Aware -Advanced use of Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel & Project Operating in challenging environments -Ideally holds IRATA certification -Ability to line manage staff in line management -Medically fit Experience in railway and highway sectors
