Tasks

-Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects. -Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award-winning Company safety program. -Develop and manage project schedules. -Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management. -Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects -Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program. -Manage subcontractor performance relationships.

What You Bring

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Renovations, and Tenant Improvements of Healthcare projects valued above $50M, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. -Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar discipline preferred -Soft skills such as good verbal and written communication skills -Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion -Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience within Healthcare Construction, with project values at or above $50M -Knowledge of Procore or similar software
