This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of BIM operations while working on transformative projects across the UK, Middle East, Asia, and beyond. You'll lead a talented team of BIM Coordinators, champion cutting-edge digital workflows, and play a key role in the practice's strategic vision for data-driven design. -Contribute to bid submissions and technical proposals from a BIM management perspective. -Collaborate closely with senior leadership on digital delivery strategy, including AI, sustainability, and automation initiatives. -Support project teams with BIM setup, coordination, and compliance (BEP, AIR, ISO19650). -Line-manage and mentor a regional BIM Coordinator team, overseeing BIM delivery across all live projects. -Champion innovation in digital project delivery—exploring new workflows, platforms, and tools that enhance efficiency and design outcomes. -Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training programs for design teams. -Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and content libraries, ensuring seamless interoperability between Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper. -Work on award-winning projects that shape cities and communities worldwide. -Lead project BIM meetings and workshops with clients and consultants, resolving coordination challenges across disciplines.

A globally renowned architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to drive digital delivery excellence across their international portfolio. -6–10 years of experience in BIM management/coordination on large or complex architectural projects. -Proven track record of managing teams and delivering multiple concurrent projects. -Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. -Experience with computational design, sustainability, or automation workflows is highly advantageous. -Strong understanding of ISO19650 and BIM execution planning. -Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery with forward-thinking innovation. -Excellent client-facing, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
