Tasks

-Supporting a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization. -Promoting and supporting improvement programs and projects within your own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach. -Identifying and working to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities. -Providing guidance and support towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.

What You Bring

-Experience with SAP, as well as Black Belt certification, Microsoft Project Planning, Project Management, SQL -Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality, operational excellence, process improvements, implementing projects, etc. -Extensive knowledge of End to end process improvements in Project business, manufacturing or service -Critical thinking, analytical, organized, problem solver and inspire in influencing change into the organization, good communication -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering -Leadership experience or background as a role mode with initiative in driving automation, tools and technology -Highly skilled in end to end process improvement, change management process and rolling new and best practices and the Energy Industry market
