The Role
Overview
Manage THRIVE LMS, provide user support, content coordination, and reporting.

Tasks
-Configure and update LMS settings, permissions, and integrations as needed. -Generate and analyze usage reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities. -Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources to help users maximize their experience. -Provide proactive support to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. -Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS-related inquiries and troubleshooting. -Maintain and operate the THRIVE LMS behind the scenes, ensuring system stability and performance. -Assist in uploading, organizing, and managing learning content within the LMS. -Ensure compliance with organizational standards and accessibility requirements. -Support leadership with insights on adoption and performance metrics.

What You Bring
-Experience with data analytics tools for reporting. -Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. -Basic HTML/CSS for LMS customization. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Knowledge of instructional design principles. -Excellent communication -Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) is a plus. -Experience with LMS platforms (preferably THRIVE or similar systems).
