Tasks

-Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on our HVAC solutions -Collaborate closely with the inside sales and technical support team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction -Represent our company at trade shows and industry events to expand our market presence -Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the HVAC field -Efficiently track and manage sales opportunities using CRM systems, from lead generation to closing -Deliver top-notch field and phone support for troubleshooting HVAC systems, including inverter-based ducted and non-ducted units -Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that meet performance and budget requirements -Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets in your assigned territory -Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distribution partners in the Sydney area and surrounding regions

What You Bring

-Relevant certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent are highly desirable -Proficiency in using CRM or ticketing systems for tracking customer interactions -Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands -Valid driver's license and clean driving record for traveling within the assigned territory -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software applications -Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and sales principles -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required -Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets -Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics -Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide optimal solutions -Minimum of 2 years of field experience in HVAC sales or technical support
