Tasks

Provide technical leadership on multifamily, mixed-use, or institutional estimations. Be the go-to expert for complex takeoffs, budget strategy, and subcontractor engagement. -Lead hard bid and GMP estimating for high-value projects -Collaborate on cost strategies and scope development -Conduct detailed takeoffs and bid analysis -Maintain historical data and support precon best practices -Mentor and train junior estimators

What You Bring

-5+ years of estimating experience with a GC -Proficient with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore -Strong project history in multifamily, mixed-use, institutional sectors -Excellent analytical skills and team leadership -Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
