Tasks

-Engage in budgeting and Cap Ex strategic buying. -Oversee key hiring and talent development programs. -Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent. -Oversee daily operations of the branch including sales, project management and field operations. -Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the branch's offerings to customers. -Report key results to corporate officers. -Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business based on corporate's goals and expectations. -Engage in key or targeted customer activities. -Ensure the health of the branch by using comparative P&L 's year over year. -Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning including real estate, M&A and marketing. -Communicate strategy and results to the branch Directors and employees. -Provide direct management of Directors in each local branch. -Coordinate the development of key performance goals, functions, and direct reports.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience -Ten years sales experience in a construction environment or to the facilities/operations market is a plus -Excellent math and geometry skills -Knowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment viewed as a plus -Must demonstrate competency in interpreting and applying complex estimating guidelines -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
