Tasks
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with architectural plans - Oversee the revision and approval process for design modifications and change requests. - Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and 3D models. - Work closely with client, contractors, and consultants to ensure that design intent and quality expectations are met. - Lead design coordination meetings and provide technical guidance to architects and designers. - Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to integrate architectural designs seamlessly with other disciplines. Lead will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to develop and - Prepare and manage architectural budgets, schedules, and resource planning. ensuring that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements. What You Bring
