  • Implement systems to capture and share best practices and promote cost-effective procurement and construction methods.
  • Manage programme delivery, including human resources, suppliers, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Promote best practices by challenging existing methods and embedding continuous improvement across teams.
  • Produce monthly progress and business review reports, including Balanced Score Card input and customer feedback.
  • Build strong customer relationships, function as a business ambassador, and align delivery with key performance indicators and Perfect Delivery ethos.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as Morgan Sindall and client procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and technically sound operational projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and recovery from delays.
  • Lead the Combined Sewer Overflow capital programme, managing complex urban tunnelling and shaft sinking schemes.
  • Drive profitability and innovation through integrated team collaboration and commercial efficiency.
  • Lead and develop high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative, “can-do” culture.
