Tasks
-Conduct data analysis and reporting to forecast procurement needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure continuous process improvement. -Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and multiple departments to align supply chain goals with business objectives. -Oversee order processing, procurement forecasting, and budget management to support operational goals. -Coordinate disposal of surplus or expired materials in accordance with company and environmental policies. -Lead and manage daily purchasing and inventory control operations for laboratory materials, supplies, and equipment. -Negotiate and manage vendor contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the legal department, ensuring renewals and compliance documentation are current. -Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance through a formal rating system. -Approve and monitor purchase requisitions, vendor agreements, and procurement records (including VRS and SDS documentation). -Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including OSHA, wage and hour laws, and company purchasing policies. -Direct and mentor team members, fostering professional growth through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.

The role offers a blend of leadership, strategy, and vendor management responsibilities - ideal for someone looking to make a measurable impact in operational efficiency and patient care support. -Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment -5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or materials management -Proven ability to develop and manage departmental budgets -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (required) -Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, SQL, and Crystal Reports is a plus -Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills -Strong understanding of MRP systems, inventory control, and procurement best practices

Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + 10% annual bonus Schedule: Hybrid (T&Th onsite/M,W,Fr WFH) Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
