We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director Bridges to join our team in Alberta. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in bridge engineering, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex bridge projects from conception to completion. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Experience with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors bridge projects is an asset -Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in bridge engineering, including project leadership -Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta -Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams and operations -Business development mindset with proven client relationship management experience -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering -Proven experience in delivering municipal, highway, transit, or pedestrian bridge projects -Strong technical background in bridge design, inspection, or rehabilitation
