Admin support for Midwest residential energy efficiency programs, handling data and outreach.

Tasks
-Tracks multiple tasks and project deadlines and alerts managers in advance of conflicts. -Assists program teams in collecting missing data. -Identifies and escalates issues as appropriate and recommends strategies to address issues. -Works with team to identify opportunities to improve program tools and processes assisting program teams with process optimization. -Prepares weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes, ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation. -Support outreach efforts to program customers, contractors, and community-based organizations as needed. -Accurately responds to requests and inquiries from program participants, contractors, and clients in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer and client service. -Participates in team meetings to provide updates and address action items. -Complies and reviews project documentation, ensuring data integrity and quality control of systems and processes. -Coordinates with internal support and cross functional teams including Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing. -Manages data and uses database system(s) to track project details, milestones, and deliverables. -Ensures adherence to internal and system protocols using RI systems, documents, and tools.

What You Bring
-BS or BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in energy, environment, public policy, or technical field. -Superior organization and time management skills. -Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. -Previous experience providing high-quality customer and client service. -Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Salesforce preferred.
